Deepsight Research runs focus groups for companies. This notice explains what we collect when you sign up to hear about focus group opportunities, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use our sign-up form, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. To protect the form from spam and abuse, we also record the date and time you signed up, your approximate country, and basic browser information. The form also uses an automated security check to confirm that you're not a bot.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to contact you about focus group opportunities that may be a good fit. We won't add you to unrelated marketing lists.

How we store it

Your information is stored securely with trusted service providers that help us run our website and business, and it is protected in transit and at rest. Access is limited to Deepsight Research staff who need it to organize focus groups.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We don't share it with the companies we run focus groups for unless you choose to take part in a specific study and agree to it at that time.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it to contact you about focus groups.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time, or stop hearing from us. Just email info@deepsightresearch.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
